Meet the Tranquility Property Management & Real Estate Services Team

Aaron Duggan
Owner, Broker, CEO

Aaron Duggan is a San Diego native who first learned about real estate rentals when he was 8 years old by plunging toilets, ripping up carpet, and painting (badly) apartments owned by his parents. Discovering child-labor laws, Aaron quit working for his parents and, after high school, attended college locally and in Carpinteria, CA, where he earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in real estate, interdisciplinary studies, and mythology. Since mythologists are not in high demand pretty much anywhere, Aaron has maintained a real estate practice since 1998, working as a salesperson, a flipper (actually not like on tv), and a broker and professional property manager. He views the making of complex things simple to be his unique calling and is constantly seeking ways to express this calling, both in his business and everywhere else.

John Wilds
Chief of Staff

John Wilds was born in Crescent City, California, and spent his early childhood as a navy brat right here in San Diego. Though he was torn from the sun-kissed bosom of Southern California at the tender age of twelve, San Diego has remained his spiritual home. After some time in Sacramento and Orange County, he inexplicably agreed to move to Chicago, Illinois eleven years ago, but has dreamed of coming home since the first day of his first midwestern winter. John chose the easy path to success by obtaining a theatre degree, so naturally, he has developed a strong background in the service industry, most recently as an IT service manager for a major law firm. When offered the opportunity to join Tranquility Property Management, John leapt at the chance. He is happy to be home… just in time to for his football team to leave.

Andrea Flint-Gogek
Real Estate Sales

Andrea understands that buying or selling a home may be the most important – and sometimes the most stressful – decision of your life. But Andrea’s clients feel reassured that they receive the most professional, reliable and detail-oriented service, with personal caring and consideration.

A life-long resident of San Diego County, Andrea knows all the region’s neighborhoods through her 17+ years as a real estate agent, selling as far north as Murietta, east to Pine Valley, south to Otay Lakes, west to Ocean Beach and everything in between. She loves East County, where she and her family – including a large extended family – all live. Andrea began her real estate career at Prudential California Realty, La Mesa office, where she received the Rookie of the Year award. After moving to Keller Williams, she received Top Producer award for several years in a row.

Most recently, Andrea has hung a shingle with a boutique real estate firm, where she has autonomy to provide the most customized service to her clients. Since 2016, Andrea has been annually awarded the “Circle of Excellence” from the San Diego Association of Realtors for the top 5% of producers in San Diego County.

Following two years of study and training, Andrea was awarded the California Association of Realtors’ Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and later the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation for specialization in the needs of senior citizen property owners. She also has obtained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and the (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist Designation to better serve her buyers and sellers. Also, an SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist), she knows all aspects of real estate.

Andrea helps take the stress out of buying and selling real estate. Her professionalism, knowledge of neighborhoods, and infectious enthusiasm will make your transaction an exciting, rewarding and memorable experience – just as it should be.

Kristian Fichter
Leasing Specialist

Kristian Fichter was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. From an early age, he had California dreams and shortly after his first year at Radford University in VA he moved to San Diego to pursue greener grass on the other side of the country. Kristian’s sense of humor, his love of communication, and his desire to help people made sales a natural fit and he started his career at Nordstrom shoes which led, naturally, to working in the mortgage business. After a few years Kristian saw the virtue of switching to the recession-proof industry of property management and leasing. It is here that has found greater opportunities to explore his calling and passion for expressing kindness and consideration of others. His affinity for fashion and clothing remains, as reflected in (but not limited to) his impeccable mustache and unique, colorful palate of socks.* On weekends, you will find Kristian either on his bike doing hill repeats or hiking local trails. Rest assured, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, Kristian works tirelessly to help you find the perfect home to meet your needs!

Alli Edwards

Alli Edwards
Office Manager
Accounts Payable / Receivable

Alli (NOT Allison) is very excited to be part of the Tranquility Property Management Team as our bookkeeper / accounts payable and receivable department. She recently graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and spent eight years as an administrative assistant working for a local accountancy firm. Alli feels strongly that a recent stint working at a children’s daycare while finishing her degree has made her uniquely qualified to be the only woman in an office with three men. Alli, having three cats and one dog, is lobbying strongly for an “office cat” but denies vehemently that her long-term goal is to evolve into a “crazy cat lady.” Tranquility Property Management is truly fortunate to benefit from Alli’s exceptional eye for detail, a genuine love of numbers, and a natural gift for organization.
