When you send a referral to Tranquility Property Management, we offer:

• A $300.00 referral fee, or the first month's management fees (whichever is greater), with an executed management agreement and a tenant placed in the property.
• An executed agreement stating clearly that we will not solicit your client; we will immediately refer them back to you whenever they decide to buy or sell.
