Let’s team up for success! Our Referral Programs

Learn about our real estate agent and client referral programs.

One of the reasons that coming to work at Tranquility isn’t something we dread is that we love the people we work with. By having an organizational structure that values and nurtures mutual respect at all levels – here in the office, with our owners, with our vendors, with our tenants – our days are filled with plenty of opportunities for positive interactions. These positive connections place the more difficult aspects of what we do in perspective and allow us to say that we genuinely enjoy doing what we do.

Because we love the people we work with, referrals from existing owners and our real estate professional partners are highly valued and appreciated. We want to work with more people just like you! Here’s what our referral program looks like:

If you are an existing client, we will credit you one month’s worth of your management fees every time we sign up a new owner that you refer to us.

If you are one of our real estate professional partners, every time you send us a new client and they sign up with us, we will cut you a check for $300 or the first month's management fees for the referred property (whichever is greater), once a tenant is moved in. Send us a single family house and get a nice bonus…send us an apartment building and enjoy a nice payday! In addition, we will execute an agreement stating clearly that we will not solicit your client; we will immediately refer them back to you whenever they decide to buy or sell.

From day one, I’ve envisioned Tranquility as a company that values quality over quantity. The best way we can ensure that is by asking our quality friends to spread the word! Call me if you have questions or someone you think could use our services: 619-771-2440.

Wishing you every Peace & Good,
Aaron Duggan
